Who We Are

We are the musicians who were based in the Eastern part of Nigeria, playing on stage and going on nationwide road tours from the 1960s to the 1980s. Calabar to Asaba; Port Harcourt to Makurdi. Onitsha, Aba, Enugu, etc. Our music filled the airwaves and brought life to people who just returned from a devastating war. We are the bands you knew in those days. Just name a band and a member of that band is right here. This is your opportunity to interact with those musicians who were inaccessible to you back then. Were you a student? Were you a trader? Were you a teacher? Were you a farmer? Were you a businessman or business woman? What exactly were you doing in those days? You would go to the hotels and dance your day away every weekend.
